Q. Can I call to get the heating oil delivered?
A. As a Will-Call heating oil customer, it is essential for you to proactively monitor your tank gauge and order more fuel in a timely manner. To ensure that you never find yourself running out of heating oil, we absolutely urge our customers not to allow the gauge level to drop below ¼ full before making a delivery request.
Here’s how to read your tank gauge: On top of your heating oil tank, look for the transparent plastic tube with markings on it that resemble car fuel gauge numbers: F, ¾, ½, and ¼. There is a red marker or a float inside the tube that informs you how much heating oil is in the tank.
